You will be the first point of contact for those raising concerns about dental professionals.Caseworkers play an essential role in supporting our remit to protect the public by regulating dental professionals in the UK. You will work within a supportive and collaborative environment, progressing cases in a timely fashion, whilst delivering excellent customer service. Person Specification:Successful candidates will have proven experience of: - Ensuring a high standard of quality is maintained with written correspondence and documents.- Prioritising work independently, managing own workload and using initiative and problem-solving skills to manage competing demands, to ensure high-quality investigations.- Working flexibly in a team, assisting others and encouraging team morale.
