Casework Decision Making Team Manager
As a Casework Decision Making Team Manager at the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), you will lead a team responsible for making safeguarding decisions that help protect vulnerable people and support safer recruitment across the UK. Managing a team of caseworkers, you will oversee the progression of complex referrals, ensuring cases are assessed carefully and decisions are timely, consistent and legally defensible. You will provide guidance and escalation support on challenging cases, helping your team analyse complex information and apply policy and legislation to reach balanced, evidence-based outcomes.
