The service works collaboratively with clients, supporting them in a safe and supportive environment in developing goals, plans and strategies to better manage their mental health, substance misuse and any associated risks. In the role of Caseworker you will be involved in undertaking key working activities, taking referrals, conducting assessments, inducting clients into the service, supporting clients to access the community and promoting client involvement. Other duties include day to day housing management and health and safety tasks.
