This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team delivering person-centred, trauma-informed support that helps women make positive and sustainable changes in their lives. The Role As a Caseworker, you will work directly with women experiencing a variety of challenges, providing practical and emotional support tailored to individual circumstances. You will build trusted relationships, assess needs and risks, develop support plans, and work collaboratively with external agencies to help women achieve positive outcomes. This role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to support women across a range of issues, including housing, wellbeing, family relationships, financial hardship, safeguarding concerns, and wider social needs. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of women with multiple and often complex support needs. Undertake assessments and develop personalised support plans. Provide advocacy, guidance, and practical support. Support women to access appropriate services and community resources. Work collaboratively with partner organisations and professionals.
