You will help maintain a safe and positive environment You will provide practical and emotional support to service users Tenancy management Case Worker £13.50- £15.50hr Rota Based Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) BRC are currently recruiting for a Case Worker to join a high-level supported accommodation service in RCT, supporting individuals with complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable adults and helping them work towards greater stability, independence and wellbeing.The Role As a Case Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals living within a shared accommodation setting. You will support people experiencing: Mental health issues Substance misuse and alcohol dependency Self-harm behaviours Tenancy management You will help maintain a safe and positive environment while supporting service users to develop greater independence and maintain their accommodation.
