This is a key role in ensuring that cases progressing through pre-proceedings and the Family Court are managed effectively, to a high standard and within the required timescales. Reporting to the Divisional Manager for Children''s Social Care, you will provide oversight of case progression, Court and legal processes, and the quality assurance of casework progressing through Private Law and Public Law Outline (PLO) proceedings , including pre-proceedings. You will play a central role in ensuring that work entering the Court system is of the required quality, that statutory and Court timescales are met, and that social workers and managers are supported to deliver effective practice.
