What the Case Officer will be doingThe ideal Case Officer will be responsible for Providing strategic HR advice to members and staff in accordance to the latest legislation and best practice Manage between 30-35 cases and take ownership of the cases from an HR and ER prospective Potentially travelling to meet local employees and members Record and report notes from meetings in relation to advice provided What the successful Case Officer will bring to the teamThis role is suitable for someone who has Who has excellent written and verbal skills Has a good proficiency in relation to Microsoft packages Has a strong understanding of HR legislation Has experience of advising colleagues Ideally have a background in ..... full job details .....
