Working across Law Enforcement and government, CODE provides investigative tools and covert techniques to front-line investigations and works with key partners to develop and provide access to new technology and systems to enable investigators to respond to serious and complex tax evasion and crime.This is a business-critical role supporting FIS and Risk Intelligence Services (RIS) Operations. HMRC''s Sensitive Collection capability provides both FIS and RIS operational investigation and intelligence officers with interdiction and evidential gathering opportunities gained through the lawful interception of criminals'' communications. It also provides an unparalleled insight into criminal intent and behaviour, which is used to drive tactical operational activity and inform HMRC''s Serious Fraud and Tactical Priorities.HMRC''s Sensitive Collection mission sits within CODE and is responsible for the Targeted Interception (TI) of communications relating to HMRC''s most serious and organised crime operations, working closely with other Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and other key internal and external partners to tackle ..... full job details .....
