What You''ll Do:
As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting industry members by:
- Collaborating with clients to create personalised support plans addressing their unique needs, including mental health, financial, employment, family, housing, and welfare benefits
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting support plans to accommodate changing circumstances
- Facilitating training sessions, including Mental Health First Aid, for industry organisations
- Building strategic partnerships to enhance our support services
- Engaging in regular case reviews to provide the best solutions possible
What We''re Looking For:
We seek an empathetic individual who excels under pressure and can prioritise effectively. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree or relevant training in psychology, mental health, or a related field.
- Experience in a mental health or social care support role.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- The ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
