Profile Prior customer service experience. * A task-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritise workload, maintain clear task lists, track outstanding actions, chase next steps promptly, update case notes and follow work through to completion. * An understanding of the current regulatory landscape in respect of data protection, money laundering and treating customers fairly. * Strong organisation skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail.
