Case Manager

City + Capital are currently representing an established and growing specialist property finance lender that is looking to appoint an experienced Case Manager to its Credit and Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in bridging, development or specialist property finance who wants to take genuine ownership of transactions from initial acceptance through to completion. The position offers significant exposure to the full lending lifecycle, alongside clear longer-term progression into senior case management or underwriting. The Company Our client is a specialist property finance lender providing short-term secured lending solutions across residential and commercial property throughout England and Wales. The business has developed a strong reputation within the intermediary market through its ability to combine commercial decision-making with a fast, structured and dependable lending process.
