Case Handler x 30Newcastle - 2 days a week on siteFirst 4 weeks fully on site for trainingContract length TBCDay Rate - £275We are looking for experienced Case Handlers to join a large remediation programme.You''ll be managing customer cases from investigation through to outcome, reviewing information, assessing evidence, and making fair decisions in line with agreed processes.We''re particularly keen to hear from people with experience supporting vulnerable customers or handling sensitive bereavement cases within a customer service, complaints, financial services, utilities, insurance, pensions, or regulated environment.Key experience needed:Bereavement case handling experience.Vulnerable customer support experience.Customer service, complaints, or case handling background.Strong written communication skills.Ability to review information and make fair, evidence-based decisions.Comfortable dealing with sensitive and sometimes complex customer situations.This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale programme with immediate starts available.Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
