It requires the applicant to have excellent communication skills.What you will be doing:Raise C4S tickets and process through to completionProduce Service Quotations and order parts for various tasks on our products.Raise purchase orders for department.Overseeing and ensuring tickets are complete and ready for a Warranty Claim.Oversee the preparation of training centre documents.Ensuring prompt and correct delivery of requested warranty and new parts returns.Assist with ordering parts for delivery to engineers.Assist with training and onboarding new starters as necessary.Take an active role in processing admin tasks for the QL4 project as well as supporting the wider team with queries in relation to this.Provide support to other admin and wider production team to help ..... full job details .....
