Job Role: Case Handler
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Contract: 12 month FTC
Salary: -25,730k
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm hybrid working
Start date: Monday 20th October 2025

What does the role involve:
- Responding to customer complaints via telephone, email, and social media platforms
- Identifying cause of complaint and managing employer relationships
- Resolving all complaints within agreed time scales and company standards
- Managing escalated complaints through to resolution
- Updating and maintaining associated administration records
- Keeping customers informed through to resolution
- Working with internal contacts to ensure compliance
- Assisting with the training of new starters
Who are we looking for?:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with case management systems or CRM tools
- Demonstrate the ability to be adaptable when dealing with multiple complaints
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Experience within a customer service or complaint handling is desirable
- Good attention to detail
