Brook Street are working in partnership with HMPPS North East Regional Office in their search an Administrator to join their busy team.Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 12.21 per hourAddress - Her Majesty''s Prison and Probation Service 9 Corporation Road Darlington County Durham DL3 6TH The assignment is initially for 3 months - however will be a rolling contract which will most likely be extended.Job description The job holder will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities and duties: Email Management: Responding promptly and professionally to procurement-related emails and inquiries.Order Processing: Raising purchase orders for goods and services in accordance with company procedures.Invoice Management: Handling the receipting and payment of invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.Reporting: Preparing detailed procurement reports to support decision-making and maintain transparency.
