This is a hands-on role involving the fitting and finishing of carpets within caravans as part of the production process. The position is ideal for someone with proven carpet fitting experience, preferably within the caravan or modular manufacturing industry.Key ResponsibilitiesMeasuring, cutting, and fitting carpets accurately within caravan unitsInstalling underlay where required and ensuring a high-quality finishTrimming, edging, and securing carpets around fixtures and fittingsWorking to drawings and specifications to meet production standardsEnsuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standardWorking closely with other departments to meet production targetsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised work areaAdhering to all health and safety procedures at all timesRequirementsPrevious carpet fitting experience is essentialIdeally has experience within the caravan, modular, or manufacturing industryConfident using hand tools and carpet fitting equipmentStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlinesAble to work independently as well as part of a teamAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment ..... full job details .....
