Or an instructor looking for a highly rewarding, stable new teaching environment?We are recruiting for a passionate Carpentry Tutor to join a leading training and education provider within a secure youth custodial setting. In this role, you will work with small groups of young learners, helping them develop practical joinery and woodworking skills. Your knowledge will give them the tools, confidence, and qualifications they need to discover their potential and build a stable career path for the future. What You Will Be DoingPractical Training: Deliver engaging Carpentry courses and hands-on training to small groups of learners.Tailored Guidance: Set up individual training plans, ensuring learners have the right advice, support, and motivation to succeed.Skill Building: Help learners develop positive workplace behaviours, teamwork, and trade knowledge alongside their practical qualifications.Positive Environment: Maintain a safe, structured, and encouraging workshop space that keeps young learners focused and inspired.
