We are currently recruiting for Carpenter/ Set Builder to be Milton Keynes or London based out. Job Title= Carpenter/ Set Builder (Freelance position)Location = Milton Keynes or London Duration= 6 Months InitiallyIR35 Status: Inside Essential Functional / Technical Skills Build, assemble, and install studio sets, props, staging elements, and display structures based on design specifications. Interpret technical drawings, sketches, blueprints, and creative briefs. Measure, cut, shape, and fabricate materials including timber, MDF, plywood, laminates, and other construction materials. Ensure all set builds meet quality, safety, and aesthetic standards. Modify and adapt existing sets to meet changing production requirements. Assist with on-set adjustments during shoots as required. Dismantle and store set components efficiently after production. Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and workspaces in a safe and organized condition.
