The role You ll deliver practical workshop sessions and classroom teaching in Carpentry and Joinery from Level 1 to Level 3. Your responsibilities will include: Planning lessons that connect theory with practical trade skills. Assessing students work and providing clear, constructive feedback. Monitoring attendance and progress, supporting learners to stay on track. Maintaining safe working practices in the workshop. Helping students build the skills and confidence employers look for. What we re looking for A Level 3 qualification in Carpentry and Joinery. Relevant industry experience and sound practical knowledge. A teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one. The ability to explain techniques clearly and support learners with different abilities. A commitment to workshop safety and student achievement.
