This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, supporting apprentices and learners while ensuring quality and compliance across assessment practices in a modern, well-equipped setting. The Role As a Carpentry and Joinery Assessor / IQA, you will support learners through their qualifications by carrying out workplace assessments, tracking progress, and ensuring all standards meet awarding body requirements. You will also play a key role in internal quality assurance, helping maintain excellence across the provision. Key Responsibilities Assess learners in Carpentry and Joinery across a range of programmes Conduct workplace visits and provide constructive feedback and support Monitor learner progress and ensure timely achievement Carry out Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities in line with standards Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with awarding organisations Support continuous improvement of the new provision What We re ..... full job details .....
