This is a great opportunity for an experienced tradesperson or assessor to move into (or continue) a rewarding role assessing apprentices in the workplace, helping them progress towards competency-based qualifications and achieve their full potential. The Role: Assess apprentices and learners against Carpentry & Joinery competency-based qualifications and apprenticeship standards Carry out regular workplace visits to assess competence on-site Conduct progress reviews with apprentices and employers at least every 12 weeks, setting SMART targets Deliver 1-1 and group training sessions as required Maintain accurate, up-to-date learner records via e-portfolio systems (e.g. OneFile) Support apprentices through to End-Point Assessment (EPA) readiness Liaise with employers, colleagues, and awarding bodies to support learner achievement Contribute to quality assurance and IQA processes What We''re Looking For: Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in Carpentry &...
