My Client, a well respected provider of Social Housing, Student Accommodation and Care Homes have an urgent need for a Multi Trades Operative with a Main Trade-of either a Carpenter or Plumber to NVQ Level 2/3 plus additional skills in other areas.-
The work will involve both planned and reactive work on voids and tennanted properties.
There is work up to June with a strong possibility of it being extended- further into the year.
40 Hours per week. -16.50 PAYE -20.00 CIS
