-180 - -200 per day self-employed + -50 per week fuel.

Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader to carry out building services and maintenance works in occupied properties across eS

This is an on-going temporary contract with a view to go permanent if things work well.

Main duties include:

• Carpentry repairs

• Plumbing repairs

• Kitchen and Bathroom fitting

• Plastering

• Painting & decorating

• General building maintenance

• Flooring

Social housing experience and building services experience are essential for this position, along with full tools and a UK driving licence.
