I''m looking for a Carpenter for a project installing Kitchens in tenanted Social Housing Properties in Birmingham. This is an ongoing contract for the next 18months,
The labourer will rip out the existing Kitchen for you, and other trades will carry out the rest of the works (floor laying, plastering, tiling, plumbing etc)
Materials will all be delivered to you on site,
The Carpenter will be expected to:
- Install Kitchen Units
- Cut worktop to size and to fit the sink
- Install Worktops
Ideally I''m looking to speak to a Carpenter that has:
- Experience fitting social housing kitchens
- Their own transport (All materials will be delivered to site)
And in return, the Carpenter will receive:
- -220 per day
- Ongoing work booked up for 18 months
