Working independently and as part of a wider FM team, you''ll be responsible for planned maintenance activities, responding to reactive repairs, and supporting small improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Carry out scheduled carpentry and building fabric maintenance tasks. Conduct routine compliance and condition inspections, including: Fire door inspections Fence condition checks Plant room visual inspections Water pump visual checks Weekly fire alarm testing Roof and gutter cleaning using SkyVac equipment (training provided where required) Reactive Maintenance Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
