Reporting to the Supervisor, you will carry out maintenance activities, repairs and planned works across residential properties, public buildings and commercial premises. Find out more about the work we do here: Citizen Position: Trade Engineer (Carpenter) - Voids Kitchens and Bathrooms Salary: £37778 Location: St James Lane, Coventry, CV3 3FX Hours: 37 hours 8am to 4pm (Fri 3:30pm) Key Responsibilities: This is a hands-on role where quality workmanship, customer care and health and safety compliance are essential. You will work both independently and alongside other trade engineers to deliver high standards of service.
