Please see below details.Location: RedditchPay: 19.42 per hour (Paid weekly via umbrella)Hours: 37 HoursStart Date: ASAPDuration: OngoingCarpenterCarry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry repairs within occupied council propertiesComplete responsive maintenance and repair works to a high standardInstall, repair and replace doors, frames, skirting, architraves and kitchen unitsUndertake repairs to windows, flooring and other timber fixturesDiagnose faults and ensure all work is completed right first timeWork safely and efficiently in occupied properties whilst providing excellent customer serviceMaintain accurate records of completed works using PDA systemsEnsure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety regulationsRequirementsMust have proven experience carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentryMust have experience working within a social housing or property maintenance environmentMust hold a full UK Driving LicenceAbility to work independently and manage a varied workloadStrong knowledge of Health and Safety practicesExcellent customer service and communication skillsBenefitsCompany vehicle provided for work use onlyMonday to Friday working pattern (8:00am - 4:00pm)Weekly ..... full job details .....
