This is a great opportunity for skilled Carpenters to work on a refurbishment programme involving accommodation and internal fit-out works. The Role: The main duties will include: Removing existing kitchens and kitchen areas Carpentry works within bathrooms Installing shower units and IPS systems Working with wet wall systems / White Rock Fitting internal doors Installing skirting boards Installing small kitchen units, cupboards and worktops General carpentry and refurbishment works as required The Ideal Carpenter: Previous experience in refurbishment and carpentry Confident carrying out kitchen and bathroom installation works Experience with doors, skirting, cupboards and worktops Able to work independently and to a high standard Own carpentry tools required A jig/chop saw for worktops would be beneficial, although this can be discussed with the client Important Site Requirements The project involves working within supported accommodation , so operatives must be professional, respectful and considerate at all times.
