Please see below details.Location: North LondonPay: 25.10 per hour (Paid weekly via umbrella)Hours: 35 Hours (overtime offered)Start Date: ASAPDuration: 3 months (rolling contract and possibility to become perm)Multi-Trade Operative / CarpenterDelivered reactive repairs across occupied residential propertiesCompleted carpentry works including doors, kitchens, and structural timber repairsUndertook fire door inspections, repairs, and compliance upgradesCarried out multi-trade tasks including plastering, tiling, plumbing, and decoratingPerformed locksmith duties including lock changes and repairsCompleted glazing repairs and sealing works to residential unitsUsed PDA systems to record work orders and job completion in real timeFollowed strict Health and Safety procedures on all sitesWorked closely with supervisors and planners to meet deadlinesRequirementsMust have a full UK driving LicenseMust have reactive repairs experience within social housing ..... full job details .....
