The positions will involve a mixture of reactive maintenance and void works, carrying out carpentry repairs, maintenance and installations across social housing properties. Typical duties may include: 1st and 2nd fix carpentry Door, frame and ironmongery repairs/replacements Kitchen repairs and installations General carpentry repairs and maintenance Working within both occupied and void properties Completing works to a high standard within agreed timescales Requirements: City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery Previous carpentry experience Social housing / maintenance experience preferred Full UK driving licence Appropriate vehicle for carrying out the role Own tools Good customer service and communication skills Reliable with a good standard of workmanship What''s on offer: £40,000 £45,000 salary, dependent on experience and contract Permanent employment...
