Working in occupied and void homes, you''ll carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs and installations while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out responsive and planned carpentry repairs within social housing properties. Repair, replace, and install: Internal and external doors Door frames and architraves Skirting boards Kitchens and worktops Flooring and timber structures Locks, ironmongery, and door furniture Windows and timber repairs Complete first and second fix carpentry work. Undertake minor multi-trade tasks where required, including basic plumbing, tiling, decorating, or patch plastering. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Maintain accurate records of completed work using handheld devices or paperwork. Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with tenants and colleagues.
