I am currently recruiting for an excellent Carpentry opportunity working for a reactive maintenance team. Carpenter Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing) Hackney I am is seeking an experienced and qualified Carpenter to join a Reactive Maintenance team, working across the area''s social housing properties. Job Description Qualified Carpenter Rate: PAYE - £.21.67 per hour UMB - £27.64 Location: Hackney Assignment Length: 3 months Driving Licence: ESSENTIAL Overview The role involves carrying out high-quality Carpentry to achieve first-time fixes. The candidate must work safely, deliver good customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. The successful candidate will be part of an on-call, out-of-hours rota. The rota will be discussed in more detail during the interview. Candidates MUST have access to their own power tools. Requirements: NVQ / City and Guilds or equivalent Full UK Drivers Licence Strong joinery skills Experience working in customer-focused, target-driven environments Able to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems Good health and safety awareness Social housing experience desirable ..... full job details .....
