The successful candidate will have strong carpentry skills, a professional approach to customer service and the ability to complete work to a high standard while working safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Carry out first and second-fix carpentry repairs in social housing properties. Repair and replace internal doors, door frames, skirting boards, architraves and flooring. Fit kitchen units, worktops and other fixtures where required. Carry out repairs to windows, locks and other joinery components. Complete planned maintenance, responsive repairs and void property works. Identify additional repairs and report any issues requiring further attention.
