We''re looking for a skilled and detail-driven Carpenter to join our team in Wroxham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality, precision craftsmanship.

You''ll play a key role in creating premium finishes, working to exacting standards on a variety of bespoke projects.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Build and install bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and interior components
Complete final fit-outs, including windows, doors, sinks, and fixtures
Accurately scribe, trim, and fit components for a flawless finish
Work with precision to tight tolerances and fine detail
Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
Collaborate with engineering, electrical, and upholstery teams

Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Carpenter, Joiner, or Boat Builder
Experience in marine or luxury yacht environments is beneficial, but not essential
NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry, Joinery, or Boatbuilding (or equivalent apprenticeship)
Strong skills using hand and power tools
Able to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
Flexible approach to working hours, with overtime available
