Job Title: Carpenter (Rockclad Cladding Specialist)Location: Stoke-on-TrentStart Date: Wednesday, 15th July 2026Duration: 6 weeks (Temporary Contract)Rate: Competitive hourly/daily rate (Dependent on experience)Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, precise, and reliable Carpenter for a 6-week contract on a commercial development in Stoke-on-Trent.The primary focus of this role is the installation of the Rockclad Cladding System (high-durability exterior compressed rockwool panels). You will be responsible for ensuring the sub-frames, fixing systems, and cladding panels are installed to absolute specification, maintaining perfect lines and weather-tight seals.Key Responsibilities:Setting out and installing timber or aluminum support frameworks/sub-structures.Accurately cutting, shaping, and installing Rockclad cladding panels.Working to architectural drawings and manufacturer installation guidelines.Ensuring all joint details, flashings, and fixings meet strict quality control and weatherproofing standards.Maintaining a clean, safe working environment at height.Requirements:Experience: Proven track record in high-end carpentry, specifically with exterior rainscreen cladding systems (Rockclad/Rockpanel experience is highly advantageous).Qualifications: Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled or Gold Supervisor card preferred).Tools: Must have your own full kit of professional carpentry tools (including high-quality cutting/circular saws capable of clean cuts on dense ..... full job details .....
