You will be splitting your time between structural flat roofing works and standard second-fix internal installations. Key Responsibilities: Roofing Works: Installing structural roof joists and laying flat roof decking to architectural specifications, ensuring solid structural integrity and correct falls. Second Fix Works: Installing internal doors, ironmongery, skirting boards, architraves, and other finishings to a high standard of workmanship.
