Ability to follow job scope and read blueprints to complete work on time and within budgetAbility to manage reconstruction projectsRespond to property damage emergency callsPlan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractorsAbility to install and/or construct on the job site as neededInstruct and direct laborers and other construction trade helpersComplete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize proprietary software if requiredAttend all appropriate company meetingsAttend regular company-sponsored training sessionsAdditional duties required as neededRequirements

10+ years of construction knowledge2+ years’ experience as a team lead/ project manager, preferably in the restoration/construction industryAbility to manage schedules and subcontractorsProper tools are needed to assist when necessary on job sitesPossesses exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)Ability to recognize and solve problems independentlyStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, responsible, and accountableKeywords:
