With an in house joinery workshop and a varied workload, no two weeks are the same. Performance Objectives Carry out first and second fix carpentry across domestic and commercial projects. Install doors, staircases, windows and bespoke joinery to a high standard. Complete renovation, refurbishment and planned maintenance works. Work from technical drawings and resolve site issues where required. Maintain excellent standards of workmanship, ensuring every project is completed with attention to detail. Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to deliver projects safely and efficiently. Person Specification Proven experience as a first and second fix Carpenter.
