Carpenter

Key Responsibilities Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials. Install structures such as doors, windows, frameworks, floors, and staircases. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Repair or replace damaged wooden structures. Work with other trades and site supervisors to complete tasks on time. Maintain a clean and safe working area. Skills and Requirements Basic carpentry skills and knowledge of construction methods. Ability to read simple plans and measurements. Experience using carpentry tools and equipment. Good attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team. Qualifications (Preferred) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent).
