I''d be keen to see applications from anyone who has worked as a Carpenter, Joiner or Property Maintenance Carpenter.
As a Carpenter you will be:

• Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance
• Completing basic plumbing repairs where required
• Undertaking patch plastering on occasion
• Working within occupied social housing properties
• Delivering high-quality repairs across Solihull and the surrounding areas

I''d love to speak to anyone who has:

• A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
• Their own van and tools
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Strong carpentry experience
• Basic plumbing skills
• Patch plastering experience would be beneficial but is not essential
