The role will focus primarily on carpentry, alongside a range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance to ensure properties are kept to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out a full range of carpentry works, including kitchen units, internal and external doors and boxing in. Complete 1st and 2nd fix carpentry. Carry out basic plumbing. Complete wall and floor tiling. Carry out patch plastering and making good. Complete painting and decorating. Record work accurately using a mobile app. Complete risk assessments and follow health and safety procedures. Work within occupied residential properties and provide a professional service to residents. Support wider repairs and maintenance works as required.
