Carpenter Multi Trader

TradeField Recruitment is currently working with a well-established property maintenance contractor that delivers high-quality maintenance and refurbishment works across East London. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join their long-standing team. This role is ideally suited to somebody who takes pride in the quality of their work and has previous experience working within a property maintenance environment. The Role: Carrying out carpentry works as your core trade. Undertaking additional multi-trade duties, including basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, decorating and general repairs. Working in occupied and void properties. Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Managing your own workload and completing jobs efficiently. Requirements: Minimum 7 years'' experience in carpentry. At least 4 years'' experience working as a Multi-Trader. Previous experience working for a property maintenance company is highly desirable. Ability to carry out additional trades to a good standard. Full UK driving licence (essential). Professional, reliable and quality-focused approach. What''s on Offer: Company van provided.
