Would you like to join Hyde as a multitrader?

Hyde is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our busy maintenance team. If you’re a hands?on tradesperson who can turn their hand to a range of jobs and takes pride in doing things properly, we’d like to hear from you. As a Multi Trader at Hyde, you’ll be working in our homes carrying out day?to?day repairs and maintenance. You’ll be trusted to get jobs done right first time and to treat our customers with respect in their homes.

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out multi?trade repairs including carpentry, primarily
• Fixing day?to?day issues such as doors, kitchens, bathrooms
• Completing other general maintenance, including, plumbing, patch plastering, minor tiling, painting etc
• Following work orders and reporting back on progress and materials used
• Working safely at all times and following Hyde’s health and safety procedures
• Providing a professional, friendly service to customers in their homes

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience across multiple trades, especially carpentry and plumbing, experience working in social housing is a bonus
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• A practical problem?solver who can spot issues and fix them properly
• Good communication skills and a customer?friendly attitude
• Valid Full UK Driver's Licence.
