Job Title:-Carpenter/Multi Trader - Perm

Location:-South London

Pay:-Up to -39,000 p/a + overtime available

Role:-Social Housing Maintenance Operative

Hours:-8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Carpenter/Multi Trader to work with their client in and around South London. Van and fuel card provided.

Duties will include:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Patch Plastering
• Tiling repairs
• Painting and decorating

Requirements:

• Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry (or equivalent)
• Highly experienced in Carpentry
• Social housing experience
• Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
• Full UK Driving Licence
