The Role: Reactive and planned maintenance within social housing properties Wet trade repairs and general property maintenance Working within occupied homes Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidates Complete bathroom and kitchen remedial works. Carry out mould, damp and water-damage repairs and associated making-good works. Prepare surfaces and complete plastering, filling and decorating following repairs. Diagnose issues and complete works to a first-time-fix standard wherever possible. Requirements: Previous social housing/property maintenance experience Strong wet trade skills ( quolifications prefered) Full UK driving licence Good customer service and communication skills Permanent
