      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;37500/annum | Type: Permanent | We are looking for an experienced- Carpenter Multi -to join a property repairs team covering Oxfordshire.   The Role     Complete 1st and 2nd fix carpentry repairs   Install and repair internal/external doors, windows and door frames   UPVC servicing and installation   Locksmithing and gaining entry   Fencing repairs and installation   Kitchen fitting and minor joinery   Carry out basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and general maintenance    Requirements     NVQ Level 2 Carpentry or equivalent OR at least 5 years'' proven carpentry experience   Previous residential/housing experience preferred   Good knowledge of health &amp; safety   Full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year   Able to drive and take home a company van   Good customer service and ability to work as part of a team    Benefits     Company van and fuel card   Tool allowance   Uniform and PPE   25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service   Overtime and call-out opportunities   Pension scheme   Life assurance   Additional wellbeing and volunteering days   Enhanced family leave   Company phone and tablet</description>
