Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing professionals within the repairs and maintenance sector.We are currently working with a number of established contractors and housing providers who are looking to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader.This is an excellent opportunity to join well-established maintenance teams delivering essential repairs within residential properties. Duties will include: Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, and general joineryKitchen repairs and installations (including basic 1st and 2nd fix work)Diagnosing faults and completingfirst-time fix repairs where possibleUndertaking additional multi-trade works such as basic plumbing, patch plastering and decoratingResponsive maintenance and repairs within occupied and void propertiesEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirementsManaging workload effectively and updating jobs via mobile systems What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi TraderEssential: Experience within Social Housing, MOD or similar residential environmentsStrong carpentry skills as your core trade, with additional trade knowledgeRelevant qualifications desirable (NVQ/City and Guilds)Full UK driving licence What''s on offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience)Company van and fuel cardLong-term, stable work with reputable clientsOpportunities for progression and ..... full job details .....
