Job Title: Carpenter/Multi trader - Temp to Perm

Area: Horndean

Starting Salary: -37,000 per annum

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

My client is looking for an experienced social housing Multi trader to work on their void maintenance contracts in Horndean and surrounding areas of East Hampshire. Van and fuel card included.

Duties will include:

• Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting and Decorating
• Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure they are aware of progress and action being taken.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislations
• Ensure work is completed on time
• To use and apply a Schedule of Rates for jobs
• Available to cover over time works when needed
• Complete and maintain paperwork accurately

Requirements:

• Wide variety of Multi Trade experience
• Strong Plumbing and Carpentry skills
• Experience working on void properties
• Social housing/High volume works experience
• UK Driving licence
