Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Temporary Job Category: Property Services Location: West London Salary: 18.00- 21.40 per hourWe have an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter Multi Trade Operative to join one of the largest construction, development and property services companies in the UK, who work in partnership with local authorities and housing associations. Responsibilities:Undertaking all carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner.Complete minor multi-trade repairs such as patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing (e.g. fitting baths, sinks, and toilets)Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.Requirements:Full UK Driving Licence (clean)City and Guilds/NVQ in Carpentry OR Carpenter CSCS Card (essential)Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAPBasic DBS CertificateBenefits:A company van and fuel card (for business use only)If you are interested in this position, we encourage you to apply or reach out to Victoria for more details. ..... full job details .....
