Carpenter Multi Trade

We are currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade Operative to work across Sheffield and the surrounding areas on a full-time, long-term contract for a well-established property maintenance contractor specialising in the social housing sector.This opportunity is with a respected contractor delivering refurbishment and turnaround works to void properties as part of a long-term local authority framework. You''ll be joining a busy team with a consistent pipeline of work, carrying out internal refurbishments to social housing properties.I''d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in property maintenance and refurbishment, whether you''ve previously worked as a Carpenter, Joiner, Multi Trade Operative, Kitchen Fitter, Maintenance Operative, or in a similar role.As a Carpenter Multi Trade Operative, you will be:Carrying out carpentry and joinery works within social housing void propertiesInstalling kitchens and completing associated joinery tasksUndertaking wall and floor tiling as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishmentsCompleting general multi-trade finishing works, including skirting, architraves, patch repairs and minor decoratingWorking with all materials already provided on siteTravelling to sites across Sheffield and the surrounding areasDelivering high-quality work while meeting refurbishment turnaround timesI''d love to speak to anyone who has:Experience working on social housing void properties or domestic refurbishment projectsA strong ..... full job details .....
